The show barn is attached to the indoor arena via an enclosed and lighted breezeway. No need to expose you or your horses to the harsh weather.

A third barn provides and additional 50' x 150' x 16' of storage space and another four 12' x 12' stalls, raised center aisle ventilation windows and mechanical storage. 16' doors provide ample clearance for easy hay and feed delivery. These four separate stalls are great for quarantine when you bring in a new horse. There is ample space for expansion on all sides of this building in the event your business grows.

Attention to detail abounds in and outside the buildings. The 60,000 square foot outdoor arena with lighting and a pipe rail perimeter provide an alternative to the indoor on nice days - and there are many in Colorado. Horses can be worked or schooled in a 60' round pen. 15 generous paddocks and fenced pastures permit horses to get out of their 12' x 12' stalls and live horses. Paddocks and pastures are serviced by nearby frost-free hydrant watering systems. Landscaping and the mountain views make a ride on horseback or a stroll breathtaking.
